BBQ's growing in...
... my backyard.
It has been an eventful (nearing) four years with my boy. Not only did we survive a 2 1/2 year distance relationship, we also went from giddy heights to sad lows as we saw each other off at airports in Copenhagen, Hamburg, Prague, and Calgary.
This year, since Andre has been wanting one, and we get queries now and again from the Andersens about eventually owning one, I walked into Home Depot with Andre on Sunday and we rolled one of these home. I suppose it's not normal in this city to casually roll a Home Depot trolley with a bbq, plus propane tank, plus some other odd items down a residential street?
What is not included in the photo set is a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings that Andre gifted to me last Friday.
It has been an amazing four years, and more promising adventures to crop up in the near and distant future. When you have an Andersen in your life - you just never know what's around the corner.

Yep, still waiting to taste some awesome BBQ meals....I think it's safe to say that your new BBQ is quite a bit better than the tiny portable thing we used to have.
On that thought, yes, there seems to be a bit of a size difference, no? :)
