Camping weekend...
... probably one of the most interesting ones of my life so far.
Not only did I do a good amount of driving in a small amount of time, I definetly got really well versed with Highway 8 - which is one way to get to Elbow Falls and the Gooseberry Campground area.
Friday meant driving out, putting up the tents, finding a campground, and getting comfy. Let's just say I like my marshmallows without any additional items in it, unlike one of my fellow campers.
Saturday meant first driving out to Elbow Falls, which was a few minutes drive; sitting around with my feet in fairly cold water, taking some photos, and just relaxing with my boy while the guys went for a short walk. Then, with the aid of Mads and a cooler for workspace, my hair was done up fancy and my makeup applied "simple yet elegant". Then we went to John & Kristy's wedding.
Driving out later at night, we arrived at the campsite to crash. And Sunday, we got home just in time for me to tumble out my passengers, dump out the stuff in my trunk, and head out for a viennese waltz practice.
