G'day from Aussie...
... so far we have managed to hit the rainforest several times, been around Cairnes for all sorts of interesting tours, and taken around 300 pictures per day. We will probably pare them down after we view them on computer.
We're headed to the Great Barrier Reef tomorrow and Friday (Aussie time), and then after that we're headed to Melbourne to meet up with my Dad's side of the family and of course, the wedding. Then it's a day in Sydney, and then it's back to a long flight home.
Per usual our luggage did go missing for a while when we landed in Sydney, but it showed up relatively quick the next day, couriered to Cairnes for us. There was some interesting airport discoveries along the way but we got to Aussie, which is what counts.
We're short on time... so until the next post...

Cheers to getting your luggage back again! Man, what's with you and losing luggage? I don't think I've ever lost my luggage, and I've traveled all around the world!
Well, I have to say thank you to you guys. If it wasn't for you, other people like Evelyn and I would lose OUR luggage! However, in a totally altruistic move you have taken all the bad luggage-luck! So wonderful of you!
Anyway, it sounds like you two are having a really good time! It does sound like a lot of fun anyways. I can't wait to see some of the pictures! Have fun!
It's just the way us Lau/Andersens fly, I suppose. It tends to show up anyways in the next few days.
It is ridiculously hot here - 44 degrees, but we're working on part two of the wedding :)
