Greater Than Possible

When I cry...
      it is your memory I grasp for comfort.
When we laugh...
      it is your voice I know laughing with me
      but I cannot see your face
When life gets tough...
      I know i'm mostly on my own
      but in heart
      you are always with me

A love stronger...
      through the test of distance
A love deeper...
      through the test of time
A love more significant..
      because we believed

for we were uncertain
but our hearts told us they would take flight
and twinned together the world over
we would know

A love greater...
      than what was thought possible.
